The new owner of LJ Hooker Bunbury wanted to create an office with a difference, where both staff and clients could feel relaxed and at home.

Working with an industrial style, the feature black framed glazed partitions, exposed brickwork feature wall and venetian plaster monolithic counter provide strong design elements. It was important to utilize materials to soften the large open space so this was achieved with rough-sawn timber cladding to several feature walls, which flows outside to provide warmth to the otherwise black façade.

Furniture and soft furnishings were carefully selected to compliment the industrial style yet bring a casual, relaxed feel to the space. A large area floor rug with terracotta/pink tones not only softens the space but also connects with the warm tones of the exposed brickwork feature wall and along with the feature pendant light overhead, helps to delineate this as the lounge zone. A tan leather lounge and feature gallery art wall add character and personality to the space. Indoor plants add the perfect finishing touch with their vibrant green pop of colour.
